Job description

About Boli Dubai

Boli Dubai is a vibrant dining and nightlife destination that merges refined culinary offerings with an energetic party atmosphere. Inspired by the coastal charm of Cannes and Miami, this venue offers a lively daytime ambiance and an exhilarating night scene.

Role Overview

We are seeking an attentive and proactive Reservation Agent responsible for managing all booking inquiries to ensure a seamless and precise reservation process for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promptly and accurately respond to reservation requests received via phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Input and update guest reservation information in the booking system, verifying details such as party sizes, timings, and any special requirements.
  • Confirm, modify, and follow up on reservations, overseeing deposit requirements and cancellation procedures as needed.
  • Effectively communicate with guests regarding availability, table options, and venue policies.
  • Collaborate closely with the Reservation Supervisor and floor staff to manage seating capacity, table arrangements, and booking flows during busy times.
  • Identify and escalate VIPs, high-priority guests, or special event bookings to the Reservation Supervisor or Guest Relations Manager.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate guest records and preferences within the system.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to reservation reporting and daily booking documentation.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • At least one year of experience in a reservation, guest services, or related customer-facing position within hotels, restaurants, or beach clubs.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills suitable for guest interaction; this role is front-of-house rather than back-office administrative.
  • Familiarity and confidence in using reservation and booking management software.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, especially when handling high volumes of calls and bookings.
  • Proficient in English communication; additional proficiency in Arabic, French, or Russian is considered advantageous.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays in a dynamic hospitality setting.
