About Killashee Hotel and the Role

We are currently seeking a Reservations Executive to join our team and play a key role in driving the success of Killashee Hotel.
Key Requirements
- Flexibility in working hours
- Prior exposure to Opera reservation software is preferred but not mandatory
- Experience in administrative tasks
- A highly motivated individual with a positive mindset
- Strong leadership capabilities coupled with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Impeccable attention to detail
Core Responsibilities
- Handle inquiries via telephone and email professionally
- Identify and cultivate new contacts, develop sales leads, and respond promptly to sales opportunities to maximize revenue
- Generate quotations and provide written confirmations to clients
- Regularly monitor client satisfaction and resolve any pending issues to secure repeat business
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel facilities and operational procedures
- Ensure timely follow-up on all business leads, including enquiries and provisional bookings
- Guarantee bookings are secured and apply cancellation or no-show charges appropriately
- Engage with all clients in a courteous and professional manner
- Efficiently address guest complaints, queries, and feedback
- Adhere strictly to all company policies such as Customer Care, Health & Safety, Fire Safety, and Cash Handling
- Comply with relevant legal and statutory Health & Safety, Fire, Hygiene, Licensing, and Employment regulations
- Utilize onsite computer systems, including Opera and Tablepath
- Coordinate frequently with relevant managers regarding reservations
- Participate in hotel meetings to ensure effective communication at all organizational levels
- Follow established business standards and reservation plans in line with company policies
- Collaborate effectively as a team member
