Overview

Market 36 Recruitment seeks a Recruitment Consultant to join their team based in Braintree Town Centre. This role offers an exciting chance to become part of a well-established and expanding recruitment agency focused on the Industrial & Driving sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for warehousing, manufacturing, and driving positions.
• Operate in a dynamic and fast-paced temporary recruitment environment.
• Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities with existing clients.
• Source and pursue new business prospects actively.
• Handle all recruitment phases including candidate registration, interview coordination, placements, post-placement care, sales and business development, meticulous CRM record keeping, compliance assurance, and client relationship management.
• Adopt a proactive approach to matching candidates with suitable businesses.
• Work towards and meet set targets consistently.

Working Hours and Compensation

The working schedule is Monday to Thursday from 9am to 5pm, and Friday from 8:30am to 4pm.

Compensation includes an annual salary up to £35,000 depending on experience, accompanied by uncapped monthly commission.
