Job Role and Responsibilities

As a recruitment consultant in the Engineering sector based in Düsseldorf, you will oversee the full recruitment cycle. This includes sourcing potential candidates, screening applicants, conducting interviews, arranging client interviews, managing offer negotiations, facilitating onboarding, maintaining client relationships, and handling administrative duties related to recruitment.

You will receive commission payouts tied to successful candidate placements, calculated as a percentage of the fees earned from these placements in addition to your regular salary.

Requirements and Skills

Proficiency in both English and German languages is mandatory for this role to effectively communicate with clients and candidates.
