About the Role
Quest Financial is seeking a dynamic Recruiter based in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. This position offers a hybrid work schedule following an initial training phase onsite and features a direct hire with a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $75,000 coupled with comprehensive benefits. The role entails owning the complete recruitment process while collaborating closely with hiring managers to attract high-caliber talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for diverse professional roles across the company.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and devise strategic recruitment plans.
- Source, evaluate, and interview candidates to ensure selection of top talent.
- Create and oversee job postings on various recruitment platforms and social media channels.
- Coordinate all interview arrangements and ensure an excellent candidate experience from first contact through offer acceptance.
- Facilitate the offer process, including negotiations where necessary.
- Maintain detailed records and candidate pipelines within the applicant tracking system.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with managers, candidates, and internal partners.
- Continuously explore and implement new sourcing methods and recruiting best practices.
- Participate in broader talent acquisition and HR initiatives as the team expands.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Between 2 to 3 years of experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills fostering relationship development.
- Strong organizational capabilities to juggle multiple recruitment searches simultaneously.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing technologies.
- Detail-oriented and proactive demeanor with a commitment to outstanding candidate engagement.
