About the Role

Quest Financial is seeking a dynamic Recruiter based in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. This position offers a hybrid work schedule following an initial training phase onsite and features a direct hire with a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $75,000 coupled with comprehensive benefits. The role entails owning the complete recruitment process while collaborating closely with hiring managers to attract high-caliber talent.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for diverse professional roles across the company.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and devise strategic recruitment plans.
Source, evaluate, and interview candidates to ensure selection of top talent.
Create and oversee job postings on various recruitment platforms and social media channels.
Coordinate all interview arrangements and ensure an excellent candidate experience from first contact through offer acceptance.
Facilitate the offer process, including negotiations where necessary.
Maintain detailed records and candidate pipelines within the applicant tracking system.
Build and nurture strong relationships with managers, candidates, and internal partners.
Continuously explore and implement new sourcing methods and recruiting best practices.
Participate in broader talent acquisition and HR initiatives as the team expands.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Between 2 to 3 years of experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills fostering relationship development.
Strong organizational capabilities to juggle multiple recruitment searches simultaneously.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing technologies.
Detail-oriented and proactive demeanor with a commitment to outstanding candidate engagement.
