About the Role
We seek a meticulous Hotel Reservation Specialist responsible for handling hotel bookings and facilitating smooth travel operations within the company. This position involves overseeing the entire reservation process, coordinating with hotel partners, and maintaining accurate records to ensure seamless arrangements for company travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete hotel reservation cycle including inquiries, booking confirmations, changes, and cancellations.
- Keep reservation records precise and updated promptly.
- Track hotel room availability and pricing trends regularly.
- Collaborate with hotel partners to address issues like room allocation conflicts and overbooking concerns.
- Coordinate effectively with internal travel and administration teams to handle hotel arrangements for individual and group travel needs.
Candidate Requirements
- Skilled in utilizing leading hotel reservation systems and online travel agencies such as Booking.com and Expedia, as well as B2B booking platforms.
- Well-versed with standard hotel reservation operations and booking protocols.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities coupled with cost-control expertise.
- Attention to detail, patience, and the capacity to perform under pressure.
- Proficient at managing unexpected booking changes and cancellations.
- Willingness to comply with company-assigned tasks and assignments.
