About the Role
The Retail Support Coordinator position at Regatta Ireland offers an engaging opportunity for a well-organized and proactive individual who enjoys managing diverse administrative processes using Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel. In this dynamic role based in Cork, you will provide critical support to our retail and concession stores throughout Ireland, helping these teams deliver outstanding customer experiences and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist retail and concession store teams daily with stock inquiries, administrative tasks, equipment requests, and operational issues to ensure smooth running.
- Oversee stock administration activities, ensuring accurate tracking and resolution of stock write-ons, write-offs, and incomplete deliveries.
- Keep retail systems updated with current pricing, product data, and account information to maintain accuracy.
- Generate and share regular reports such as sales figures, category performance, outstanding orders, and store metrics.
- Organize employee engagement initiatives, including incentive schemes, recognition programs, and team communications.
- Support showroom functions by preparing product details, marketing collateral, point-of-sale materials, and assisting visitors.
- Help manage warehouse administration, including stock movements, POS systems, and handling faulty stock write-downs.
- Coordinate travel, meetings, and event planning efficiently and within stipulated budgets.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Experience in a fast-paced administrative, coordination, or support role.
- Demonstrated strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Exceptional attention to detail, adept at managing data precisely and maintaining high standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced capabilities in Excel.
- A proactive, can-do approach with accountability for end-to-end task completion.
- Strong communicator with confidence in building effective relationships across various teams.
- Ability to operate both independently and collaboratively in a fast-moving environment.
- Professional and confident demeanor when interacting with internal colleagues, suppliers, and customers.
- Flexibility and adaptability with resilience to adjust to shifting priorities.
- Discretion and professionalism in managing confidential information.
- Valid driving licence and readiness to travel between store locations and the warehouse as required.
