Education Specialist

Role Overview

This is a remote hourly contract position for an Education Specialist. The role pays between $20 and $40 per hour and asks for a weekly commitment of 10 to 40 hours.

What You'll Do

• Create engaging, thought-provoking questions using image- and video-based scenarios.
• Write clear explanations and well-organized answers that support learning goals.
• Review responses and give practical, constructive suggestions for improvement.
• Work with cross-functional teams to improve guidelines and standards.
• Present educational material in a clear, effective manner.
• Interpret open-ended prompts and adjust approach to achieve stronger results.
• Make sure every piece of content is accurate, relevant, and educationally valuable.

What We're Looking For

• Solid background in instructional design, teaching, or learning sciences.
• Ability to break down complex ideas in a simple and understandable way.
• Experience assessing reasoning quality and learning outcomes.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Good analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• High attention to detail and a strong focus on quality.
• Comfort working independently in a remote, team-oriented setting.
