Role Overview

This is a remote hourly contract position for an Education Specialist. The role pays between $20 and $40 per hour and asks for a weekly commitment of 10 to 40 hours.

What You'll Do

Create engaging, thought-provoking questions using image- and video-based scenarios.
Write clear explanations and well-organized answers that support learning goals.
Review responses and give practical, constructive suggestions for improvement.
Work with cross-functional teams to improve guidelines and standards.
Present educational material in a clear, effective manner.
Interpret open-ended prompts and adjust approach to achieve stronger results.
Make sure every piece of content is accurate, relevant, and educationally valuable.

What We're Looking For

Solid background in instructional design, teaching, or learning sciences.
Ability to break down complex ideas in a simple and understandable way.
Experience assessing reasoning quality and learning outcomes.
Strong written communication skills.
Good analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
High attention to detail and a strong focus on quality.
Comfort working independently in a remote, team-oriented setting.
