Role overview
This is an hourly contract opportunity for a remote specialist focused on evaluating speech AI interactions in Simplified Chinese. The role is centered on short voice-based conversations with AI models, checking how well the system responds, and helping improve the quality of Chinese language AI outputs.
Compensation and schedule
The engagement pays $8 USD per hour. Workload is flexible, with an expected commitment of 10 to 40 hours each week.
What you will do
- Take part in brief voice conversations with AI models through the assigned platform.
- Use the supplied prompts and scenario details during each interaction.
- Assess AI responses for relevance, accuracy, clarity, and overall quality.
- Submit objective ratings and written feedback following the project rules.
- Complete tasks while meeting the expected quality and productivity standards.
- Contribute to the refinement of Chinese language AI systems through voice evaluation work.
- Work independently and consistently maintain quality in a remote setup.
What we are looking for
- Solid fluency in Chinese at a standard working level.
- Strong English skills at fluent or advanced level.
- Ability to judge AI-generated content for correctness, relevance, and quality.
- Previous exposure to AI or data-focused work such as machine learning workflows, data collection, data review, quality assurance, or annotation is an advantage.
- Careful attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- Comfort working independently in a flexible remote environment.
- A dependable internet connection and a suitable device for voice-based tasks.
