Role Overview
This is a remote hourly contract position for an Education Specialist. The role pays between $20 and $40 per hour and asks for a weekly commitment of 10 to 40 hours.
What You'll Do
- Create engaging, thought-provoking questions using image- and video-based scenarios.
- Write clear explanations and well-organized answers that support learning goals.
- Review responses and give practical, constructive suggestions for improvement.
- Work with cross-functional teams to improve guidelines and standards.
- Present educational material in a clear, effective manner.
- Interpret open-ended prompts and adjust approach to achieve stronger results.
- Make sure every piece of content is accurate, relevant, and educationally valuable.
What We're Looking For
- Solid background in instructional design, teaching, or learning sciences.
- Ability to break down complex ideas in a simple and understandable way.
- Experience assessing reasoning quality and learning outcomes.
- Strong written communication skills.
