Attend to customer calls seeking support.
Provide accurate details regarding products, orders, shipping processes, exchanges, and returns.
Handle customer issues tactfully and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
Collaborate with the operations department to address order-related complications.
Maintain a positive rapport with customers to enhance long-term relationships.

Effective communication capabilities in both Hindi and English languages.
Basic proficiency in computer operation.
Comfortable navigating WhatsApp, Instagram, Email, and MS Office or Google Sheets applications.
Demonstrate patience, politeness, and a strong customer-oriented mindset.
Previous experience in customer support or e-commerce domains is advantageous but not a prerequisite.
