Job Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through platforms including WhatsApp, Instagram, Email, and live website chat.
- Attend to customer calls seeking support.
- Provide accurate details regarding products, orders, shipping processes, exchanges, and returns.
- Handle customer issues tactfully and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the operations department to address order-related complications.
- Maintain a positive rapport with customers to enhance long-term relationships.
Requirements
- Effective communication capabilities in both Hindi and English languages.
- Basic proficiency in computer operation.
- Comfortable navigating WhatsApp, Instagram, Email, and MS Office or Google Sheets applications.
- Demonstrate patience, politeness, and a strong customer-oriented mindset.
- Previous experience in customer support or e-commerce domains is advantageous but not a prerequisite.
