Back To Source Private Limited is currently seeking a courteous and efficient Waiter/Steward to join their team in Sector 22c, Chandigarh. This position demands a friendly demeanor and the ability to provide excellent customer service in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and guide guests to their seats.
• Offer the menu and provide comprehensive details upon guest inquiries.
• Accurately record food and beverage orders.
• Deliver food and drink items adhering to established service protocols.
• Ensure all tables are clean, tidy, and correctly arranged before seating guests.
• Professionally address guest questions and resolve complaints.
• Liaise effectively with kitchen and bar personnel to ensure seamless service flow.
• Manage billing and payment processing when necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene within the service area at all times.
• Adhere strictly to company standard operating procedures and service guidelines.

Additional Information

Location of work is Sector 22c, Chandigarh.

The monthly salary ranges between INR 15,000 to INR 20,000.
