Head Barista

About the Role

Join a café in Ahmedabad as a Head Barista with a monthly salary ranging from ₹25,000 to ₹35,000. The position includes preparing and serving a variety of beverages, primarily coffee, while ensuring excellent customer service. Candidates with at least one year of relevant experience are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages to customers.
• Take customer orders efficiently and serve food and drinks promptly.
• Operate coffee machines and maintain service equipment.
• Keep café, counter, and dining areas clean and organized.
• Uphold hygiene, safety, and customer service standards consistently.
• Create a welcoming and friendly environment for customers.
• Assist with daily opening and closing tasks, including handling basic stock management.
