About the Role
Back To Source Private Limited is currently seeking a courteous and efficient Waiter/Steward to join their team in Sector 22c, Chandigarh. This position demands a friendly demeanor and the ability to provide excellent customer service in a dynamic hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and guide guests to their seats.
- Offer the menu and provide comprehensive details upon guest inquiries.
- Accurately record food and beverage orders.
- Deliver food and drink items adhering to established service protocols.
- Ensure all tables are clean, tidy, and correctly arranged before seating guests.
- Professionally address guest questions and resolve complaints.
- Liaise effectively with kitchen and bar personnel to ensure seamless service flow.
- Manage billing and payment processing when necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene within the service area at all times.
- Adhere strictly to company standard operating procedures and service guidelines.
