• Maintain accurate records of calls, feedback, and necessary follow-ups using CRM software.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally by providing appropriate solutions.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets such as call volume and sales closure rates consistently.
• Coordinate with sales and product departments by transmitting verbal approvals and customer feedback to ensure streamlined operations.
