Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Telecalling Executive to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The role involves engaging with prospective and existing customers through both outbound and inbound calls. You will play a crucial role in lead generation, sales conversion, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outgoing calls to potential clients following prepared scripts and handle incoming calls from customers needing assistance.
- Identify and qualify leads, present product or service benefits effectively, and guide prospects towards making purchasing decisions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, feedback, and necessary follow-ups using CRM software.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally by providing appropriate solutions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets such as call volume and sales closure rates consistently.
- Coordinate with sales and product departments by transmitting verbal approvals and customer feedback to ensure streamlined operations.
