Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Telecalling Executive to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The role involves engaging with prospective and existing customers through both outbound and inbound calls. Key Responsibilities
- Make outgoing calls to potential clients following prepared scripts and handle incoming calls from customers needing assistance.

- Coordinate with sales and product departments by transmitting verbal approvals and customer feedback to ensure streamlined operations.
