Job Overview

We are seeking an International BPO Executive to join our team in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh. This role involves managing both inbound and outbound customer interactions with a focus on providing technical assistance and resolving issues related to software, hardware, and other services.

Key Responsibilities

Answer and initiate customer calls effectively in a professional manner.
Offer technical support by diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware problems.
Address and resolve customer queries regarding products and services.
Lead customers through step-wise solutions to their challenges.
Ensure adherence to call quality standards and achieve established performance metrics.
Accurately record details of customer communications in the relevant system.

Requirements

Proficiency in English communication is essential.
