Job Overview
We are seeking an International BPO Executive to join our team in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh. This role involves managing both inbound and outbound customer interactions with a focus on providing technical assistance and resolving issues related to software, hardware, and other services.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and initiate customer calls effectively in a professional manner.
- Offer technical support by diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware problems.
- Address and resolve customer queries regarding products and services.
- Lead customers through step-wise solutions to their challenges.
- Ensure adherence to call quality standards and achieve established performance metrics.
- Accurately record details of customer communications in the relevant system.
Requirements
- Proficiency in English communication is essential.
