Role Overview
Scania New Zealand in Auckland is seeking an experienced Warranty Specialist to enhance warranty operations and improve customer satisfaction. This role supports daily warranty activities within the internal network, manages administration, oversees warranty costs, and aids collaboration to align with business financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Providing daily warranty support to the workshop network.
- Handling warranty documentation administration.
- Monitoring and controlling warranty expenses and analyzing trends.
- Conducting training sessions and audits for dealers, workshops, and sales teams.
- Delivering expert technical advice on warranty repairs.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in automotive or transport-related sectors.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret information and provide technical solutions.
