This role supports daily warranty activities within the internal network, manages administration, oversees warranty costs, and aids collaboration to align with business financial objectives.

  • Providing daily warranty support to the workshop network.
  • Handling warranty documentation administration.
  • Monitoring and controlling warranty expenses and analyzing trends.
  • Conducting training sessions and audits for dealers, workshops, and sales teams.
  • Delivering expert technical advice on warranty repairs.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in automotive or transport-related sectors.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret information and provide technical solutions.
