About the Role
Lakshay India is looking for a seasoned Senior Regional Manager to spearhead the growth of its career counselling division and expand its franchise network. This role demands a strong background in business development and managing franchise operations. The position offers a competitive starting salary of ₹1,00,000 per month (equivalent to ₹12 lakh annually) with potential increments reaching ₹18 lakh annually after six months. Flexible work arrangements are provided, including working remotely until promotion to Regional Director with an enhanced CTC of ₹36 lakh per annum.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business growth by converting franchise leads into active franchise partners delivering career counselling and educational services.
- Collaborate with franchisees to implement localized marketing initiatives aimed at increasing the company's brand presence, enrollment figures, and revenue streams.
- Oversee franchisee performance to maintain high service quality, providing training and guidance to bolster counselling effectiveness and client satisfaction.

- Demonstrable experience in business development and franchise network expansion.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities with a knack for networking.
