Job Summary

This role offers a starting salary of ₹1,00,000 per month with an annual cost to company (CTC) of ₹12 lakh, which can increase to ₹18 lakh after six months and potentially rise to ₹36 lakh upon promotion to Regional Director. Flexible work hours and the option to work from home are available initially.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the growth of Lakshay India's franchise model by securing new franchise partners who provide career counselling and educational services.
• Partner with franchisees to design and implement local marketing campaigns that build the brand, increase enrollments, and boost revenues.
• Oversee franchisee performance by offering coaching and support focused on improving the quality of counselling and client satisfaction.

Required Skills and Experience

• Significant experience in business development and scaling franchise operations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills coupled with leadership ability to effectively build and maintain a network.
