About the Company

Lakshay India operates in the Career Counselling sector and is looking to expand its franchise network across regions.

Job Summary

This role offers a starting salary of ₹1,00,000 per month with an annual cost to company (CTC) of ₹12 lakh, which can increase to ₹18 lakh after six months and potentially rise to ₹36 lakh upon promotion to Regional Director. Flexible work hours and the option to work from home are available initially.

Key Responsibilities

Drive the growth of Lakshay India's franchise model by securing new franchise partners who provide career counselling and educational services.
Partner with franchisees to design and implement local marketing campaigns that build the brand, increase enrollments, and boost revenues.
Oversee franchisee performance by offering coaching and support focused on improving the quality of counselling and client satisfaction.

Required Skills and Experience

Significant experience in business development and scaling franchise operations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills coupled with leadership ability to effectively build and maintain a network.
