Candidate Profile

• Possess a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related discipline.
• Hold a minimum of two years’ experience in a similar reservations role within the hotel sector.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Property Management System (Opera).
• Exhibit strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Deliver excellent customer service to maximize guest contentment.
• Efficiently handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Effectively address and resolve guest complaints.
