Job Overview
We seek a Reservation Agent with enthusiasm to oversee guest booking procedures and guarantee a seamless reservation experience. This key position plays an essential role in ensuring guest satisfaction and the efficient management of hotel booking operations.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related discipline.
- Hold a minimum of two years’ experience in a similar reservations role within the hotel sector.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Property Management System (Opera).
- Exhibit strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Deliver excellent customer service to maximize guest contentment.
- Efficiently handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effectively address and resolve guest complaints.
