Operation Executive, Fresh 3P, Team Leader Operations

About the Role

This position sits within Amazon Operations, the network that powers fulfillment and customer service and helps deliver a consistently strong customer experience. The role is focused on supporting and improving 3P store operations through close coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

You will be part of the India Operations team and work on high-impact initiatives that improve quality, productivity, speed, and cost. The job calls for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing day-to-day operational monitoring with process improvement work.

What You Will Do

• Track the day-to-day performance of assigned stores and recommend practical improvements.
• Gather information from multiple sources, interpret it, and take appropriate action.
• Spot trends and anticipate the operational impact of changing data.
• Stay structured and responsive while troubleshooting issues and preventing repeat problems.
• Act as a bridge between internal teams and external partners while respecting objectives, constraints, and information privacy.
• Train associates and guide them on required actions and operating standards.
• Visit store locations to review compliance, restrictions, and operating norms.
• Carry out operational checks using SOP-based checklists.
• Coordinate with team members and operations stakeholders.
• Manage Amazon-driven processes at 3P stores.
• Provide training and one-point lessons to ground staff on Amazon operations procedures.
• Complete daily and weekly site audits.
• Travel to site locations as required.

Working Model

This is a five-day workweek role; however, because operations run seven days a week, the two weekly off days may change depending on shift rotation and business requirements. The role also requires visiting stores to design, set up, and monitor 3P operations.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office tools and applications.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
