Overview
A prominent global organization is searching for a Global Director of Learning and Development to spearhead the creation and implementation of pioneering learning strategies within a large-scale enterprise. This role emphasizes hands-on leadership for a proactive and passionate L&D leader dedicated to crafting impactful programs from inception.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, construct, and manage comprehensive global learning and development initiatives from the ground up.
- Develop innovative learning strategies aligned with organizational objectives across an expansive enterprise setting.
- Utilize AI-driven learning technologies and contemporary development methodologies to boost employee engagement and performance.
- Collaborate closely with senior management and critical stakeholders to recognize skills gaps and deliver scalable L&D solutions.
- Create compelling content, frameworks, and tailored learning journeys catering to a diverse workforce.
- Act as a prominent and influential leader cultivating a strong organizational learning culture.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of programs continuously, refining them to increase their overall impact.
Qualifications and Experience
- Eight to ten or more years of experience in learning and development roles.
- Proven background working within large enterprises or corporate environments.
- Preferred experience with global learning and development initiatives.
- Track record of successfully initiating and growing innovative L&D programs from scratch.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with creative, strategic, and practical problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience incorporating AI technologies in the design, delivery, or development of learning strategies.
- Dynamic, passionate leadership style that effectively engages stakeholders and teams.
