About the Role
Netambit Infosource And E Services Private Limited is hiring a Business Development Executive to manage and enhance relationships with Google Pay merchant customers in the Delhi-NCR region. The role involves revisiting existing merchants to assist with loan-related queries, activation of inactive sound boxes, and providing customer support to improve user engagement.
Responsibilities
- Revisit current Google Pay merchant accounts regularly to offer service assistance and loan facilitation.
- Help activate inactive sound boxes for merchants.
- Complete a target of 10 valid revisits daily to qualify for travel allowance and incentive programs.
Requirements
- Minimum education of 12th pass; graduates are preferred.
- Strong communication abilities and good interpersonal skills.
- Possession of an Android smartphone is mandatory for work-related tasks.
