About the Role

Netambit Infosource And E Services Private Limited is hiring a Business Development Executive to manage and enhance relationships with Google Pay merchant customers in the Delhi-NCR region. The role involves revisiting existing merchants to assist with loan-related queries, activation of inactive sound boxes, and providing customer support to improve user engagement.

Responsibilities

• Revisit current Google Pay merchant accounts regularly to offer service assistance and loan facilitation.
• Help activate inactive sound boxes for merchants.
• Complete a target of 10 valid revisits daily to qualify for travel allowance and incentive programs.

Requirements

• Minimum education of 12th pass; graduates are preferred.
• Strong communication abilities and good interpersonal skills.
• Possession of an Android smartphone is mandatory for work-related tasks.
