About the role

Newport Beach Automotive Group is looking for a polished and energetic Experiential Coordinator to develop and deliver outstanding luxury experiences for clients associated with elite automotive brands such as Lamborghini, McLaren, Bugatti, and Koenigsegg. This mid-level position involves a blend of experiential marketing, precise event coordination, superior luxury hospitality, and concierge-style customer service aimed at showcasing the exclusivity of these prestigious vehicles.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and execute VIP gatherings, vehicle launch events, driving experiences, and programs to appreciate customers.
  • Manage all event-related logistics including coordinating with vendors, overseeing hospitality, and onsite operations.
  • Greet guests warmly and provide a personalized, high-end customer service experience.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Service departments for smooth communication and optimal customer care.
