About the role

Newport Beach Automotive Group is looking for a polished and energetic Experiential Coordinator to develop and deliver outstanding luxury experiences for clients associated with elite automotive brands such as Lamborghini, McLaren, Bugatti, and Koenigsegg. This mid-level position involves a blend of experiential marketing, precise event coordination, superior luxury hospitality, and concierge-style customer service aimed at showcasing the exclusivity of these prestigious vehicles.

Responsibilities

Organize and execute VIP gatherings, vehicle launch events, driving experiences, and programs to appreciate customers.
Manage all event-related logistics including coordinating with vendors, overseeing hospitality, and onsite operations.
Greet guests warmly and provide a personalized, high-end customer service experience.
Collaborate closely with Sales and Service departments for smooth communication and optimal customer care.
Support social media efforts and marketing activities connected to events.
Arrange transportation, schedule appointments, provide loaner vehicles, and manage concierge services.
Ensure vehicles are prepared and presented to luxury standards for memorable VIP handoffs.
Conduct follow-ups with customers to gauge satisfaction and maintain relationships.
Maintain showroom, lounge, and hospitality areas according to premium brand standards.
Travel when necessary to support events and off-site vehicle deliveries.

Qualifications

Three to five years of demonstrated experience in experiential marketing, event planning, luxury hospitality, concierge roles, or customer experience management.
Excellent communication, organizational, and project management capabilities.
Strong hospitality orientation with the ability to effectively engage affluent clientele.
Professional demeanor and a customer-centric attitude.
Capability to juggle multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
Willingness and availability to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required.

Preferred Experience

Prior exposure to the luxury automotive industry, hospitality, private clubs, or high-end retail sectors.
Passion for luxury and exotic vehicles.
Proven success in crafting remarkable customer experiences and fostering enduring client relationships.

Compensation and Benefits

Annual salary ranging between $75,000 and $85,000.
