About the Role

Tesla is seeking a Recruiter to oversee the hiring of trainees in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, as well as interns across various EMEA regions.
You will have the opportunity to engage in multiple campus-related and cross-functional initiatives. As a vital member of the EMEA Early Careers Team, you will play a central role in cultivating Tesla's future talent pipeline, closely collaborating with our top-tier recruitment team united by the mission to build the best team at Tesla.
Responsibilities
- Lead Tesla's apprenticeship recruitment programs in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
- Manage internship recruitment throughout the EMEA region, handling end-to-end recruiting for specific business units.
- Partner with hiring managers to define profiles and descriptions for internships and apprenticeships.
- Develop strong internal relationships across departments to ensure clear communication, smooth processes, and excellent candidate experiences.
- Independently manage projects with minimal supervision.
- Set, collect, and report relevant recruitment metrics.
Candidate Profile
- Proven recruitment experience within agency and/or corporate environments, demonstrated success in innovative talent sourcing, assessment, and hiring.
- Track record of collaborating effectively with hiring managers and business partners.
- Experience building and maintaining partnerships with schools and universities.
- Proficient reporting skills using Excel and rapid adaptability to new technologies and systems.
- Worked in agile, dynamic environments with frequent change and evolution.
- Negotiation skills and knowledge of relevant labor laws and employment market trends.
- Capabilities in event planning, branding, and marketing; willingness to travel occasionally for business.
- Fluency in English and German (C1/C2 level), both written and spoken.
