About the Role
Essencea Infoserv Pvt Ltd is looking to hire Customer Support Associates skilled in managing inbound voice calls for their client Porter. This full-time role is remote, allowing employees to work from home, provided they have their own laptop and a reliable internet connection. The position requires proficiency in Kannada and English languages.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage inbound customer calls efficiently through voice processes.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries with precise solutions.
- Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
