Job Overview
We are seeking Customer Care Executives to join our team in Nagpur, Maharashtra. This role involves addressing customer concerns related to pre- and post-travel arrangements globally, managing escalations, and resolving complaints efficiently within established service level agreements (SLAs).
Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and issues linked to international travel before and after the journey.
- Handle escalations and complaints from dissatisfied customers, providing optimal solutions.
- Ensure timely closure of faults and complaints in compliance with SLA requirements.
- Use established guidelines and precedents to address routine problems effectively.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum education of Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or any graduation.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
- Freshers are welcome, reflecting bulk hiring strategy.
