Role overview
This is a full-time, on-site Call Agent position in Pristina, Kosovo. The person in this role will make outbound calls, share correct information about the company’s products and services, and support customers in a professional manner.
What you will do
- Place outbound calls and deliver accurate information about products and services.
- Record call outcomes and relevant details in the system.
- Use approved scripts and follow the provided call-handling guidelines.
- Escalate difficult or unresolved matters to the right team members.
- Communicate in a polite, professional, and customer-friendly way.
- Work toward performance goals and call targets.
- Coordinate with teammates to maintain strong service quality.
Qualifications
- Strong spoken communication and professional phone manners are essential.
- You should be able to listen carefully, show empathy, and handle issues effectively.
- Good organization and attention to detail are needed for accurate records and follow-up.
- You must be comfortable working in a busy environment, managing time well, and meeting targets.
- Fluency in the relevant work language is required; extra language ability is a plus.
- Prior experience in customer service or a call center is preferred, though not mandatory.
- A high school diploma or an equivalent qualification is required; studies in business or communications are an advantage.
Work schedule
The working hours for this role are 15:00 PM to 23:00 PM.
