Qloron Technology, a custom software development company with locations in Nagpur, Hyderabad, Bangalore, and Pune, is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive focused on driving growth in IT Staff Augmentation and talent augmentation services. This role is based in Noida, India. The selected professional will be tasked with uncovering new business avenues, maintaining and enhancing client relationships, and delivering qualified leads to support IT and AI staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities related to Staff Augmentation services.
  • Generate and qualify leads utilizing outbound prospecting tactics including networking, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calls.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with client's key decision makers such as hiring managers and procurement personnel.
  • Analyze client hiring challenges and deliver tailored staffing solutions accordingly.
  • Work closely with recruitment and delivery teams to guarantee prompt presentation of high-quality candidates.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation through deal closure.
  • Draft proposals, handle commercial negotiations, and finalize contracts effectively.
  • Maintain an active sales funnel and consistently meet or exceed revenue objectives.
  • Accurately track sales actions and keep CRM systems updated with relevant client and sales opportunity data.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a closely related discipline.
  • 1 to 3 years of professional experience specifically in IT Staff Augmentation.
  • A solid grasp of various staffing and contract engagement models.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication, along with strong negotiation and presentation capabilities.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM software, and tools for lead generation is advantageous.
