Overview
Qloron Technology, a custom software development company with locations in Nagpur, Hyderabad, Bangalore, and Pune, is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive focused on driving growth in IT Staff Augmentation and talent augmentation services. This role is based in Noida, India. The selected professional will be tasked with uncovering new business avenues, maintaining and enhancing client relationships, and delivering qualified leads to support IT and AI staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities related to Staff Augmentation services.
- Generate and qualify leads utilizing outbound prospecting tactics including networking, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calls.
- Establish and nurture relationships with client's key decision makers such as hiring managers and procurement personnel.
- Analyze client hiring challenges and deliver tailored staffing solutions accordingly.
- Work closely with recruitment and delivery teams to guarantee prompt presentation of high-quality candidates.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation through deal closure.
- Draft proposals, handle commercial negotiations, and finalize contracts effectively.
- Maintain an active sales funnel and consistently meet or exceed revenue objectives.
- Accurately track sales actions and keep CRM systems updated with relevant client and sales opportunity data.
- Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving staffing demands.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a closely related discipline.
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience specifically in IT Staff Augmentation.
- A solid grasp of various staffing and contract engagement models.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, along with strong negotiation and presentation capabilities.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM software, and tools for lead generation is advantageous.
- Proven capability to cultivate long-term client partnerships and coordinate multiple sales opportunities simultaneously.
- Self-driven with a strong focus on targets and an ability to thrive in a dynamic working environment.
Preferred Background
- Prior experience in selling IT Staff Augmentation, Dedicated Development Teams, or AI/Technology consulting.
- An established network within enterprise clients, startups, or the tech industry is beneficial.
- Knowledge of staffing markets across the US, UK, Middle East, or APAC regions is considered a plus.
