Field Technician - RO Systems (Commercial & Industrial)

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Field Technician with practical experience in installing, servicing, and repairing Commercial RO Plants, Industrial RO Systems, and Home Water Softeners. The ideal candidate will be responsible for on-site installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and client communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and repair commercial and industrial Reverse Osmosis (RO) systems.
• Set up and program automated or manual home and commercial water softeners, including resin recharging.
• Perform media refilling tasks such as sand, carbon, and resin replenishment, along with membrane cleaning and filter replacement.
• Troubleshoot and repair components including high-pressure pumps, multi-port valves, control panels, and plumbing leaks.
• Conduct water quality tests measuring Total Dissolved Solids (TDS), hardness, and pH to verify system performance.
• Travel regularly to customer locations, manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), and maintain daily service logs through a smartphone application.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Two to five years of hands-on experience with commercial RO plants and water softener systems.
• Educational background comprising ITI, Diploma, or relevant technical certifications in Electrical, Mechanical, or Plumbing disciplines.
• Proficient in single-phase and three-phase electrical wiring, control panel operations, and uPVC plumbing techniques.
• Possession of a valid driving license and access to a personal two-wheeler for field mobility.
• Ownership of an Android or iOS smartphone to use required field reporting applications.

Compensation

The position offers a monthly salary range from ₹20,000 to ₹40,000 based on experience and skills.
