Job description
Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Field Service Technician to respond to service requests within Gujarat. The role involves managing installation and service operations across assigned areas, handling customer interactions through CRM, and maintaining communication with the head office.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and respond to service complaints originating from Gujarat.
- Perform installations and servicing of machinery within the designated territory.
- Accurately update and close service tickets in the CRM system, and prepare reports for the head office.
- Coordinate follow-ups for service quotation approvals and ensure collection of any pending payments.
- Engage actively in acquiring new Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and processing AMC renewals.
- Be prepared to undertake frequent travel as required by job duties.
Eligibility
Open to candidates ready to work in the specified location and willing to travel.
Compensation
The position offers a monthly salary range between 15,000 and 25,000 INR.
