This opportunity is available on either a full-time or part-time basis, tailored for motivated individuals who have a strong community focus. Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct practical driving tests ensuring adherence to Queensland Government regulations and road safety standards.
- Assess candidates’ driving abilities, including their knowledge of road laws and safe vehicle operation across various traffic situations.
- Deliver clear, constructive feedback to candidates post-assessment professionally.
- Ensure testing procedures are consistently fair and aligned with departmental policies.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of service procedures, processes, and available customer channels to facilitate diverse customer interactions.
- Provide vital government services such as licensing, vehicle registration, deceased estates processing, and other related services through multiple communication platforms, aiming for efficient customer resolution.
- Stay current with driver licence assessment industry benchmarks and safety requirements.
- Collaborate effectively within the team to achieve individual and collective goals, support team initiatives, and, when necessary, mentor less experienced staff in customer service skills, systems, and products.
