About the Role
Join a leading multinational company in a Customer Service role focusing on International Voice Process. This position requires addressing customer inquiries efficiently and adhering to the company protocols to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Possess sound knowledge of common network ports and communication protocols.
- Manage and resolve customer queries timely following company guidelines.
- Preferably have experience in Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector.
- Be ready to join immediately and work night shifts as per schedule.
