Role Overview

Cartridge Universe in Richmond, Nelson, is seeking a friendly and dependable individual to join their team in a full-time front-of-house position. This role involves serving as the initial point of contact for customers, assisting them in selecting suitable printer cartridges, stationery, and printing solutions, all while delivering professional and courteous service.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers within the store environment.
• Identify customer needs to suggest appropriate products.
• Handle sales transactions and operate the point-of-sale system proficiently.
• Respond to phone and email customer inquiries promptly.
• Manage incoming stock and maintain an organized, appealing store appearance.
• Process customer orders and perform order follow-ups.
• Provide general retail and administrative support when needed.

Candidate Profile

• Welcoming, approachable, and confident when interacting with customers.
• Dependable, well-organized, and capable of working autonomously.
• Comfortable with computers and quick to adapt to new systems.
• Clear communicator with strong attention to detail.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferable but not mandatory.
• Knowledge about printer cartridges or printing-related products is advantageous though not required.

Working Hours and Location

This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position, with working hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM situated in Richmond, Nelson.
