Network Operations Center Engineer (NOC Engineer)

Role Overview

Take charge of daily NOC functions on behalf of the client, ensuring incidents are addressed promptly without compromising service standards.

Key Duties

• Manage escalation of incidents between internal departments and external vendors.
• Oversee critical incident monitoring with consistent updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Lead coordination of troubleshooting efforts, engaging appropriate technical teams.
• Maintain oversight of incident resolution progress with strict adherence to SLA commitments.

Qualifications

• Possess a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline.
• Minimum of five years' experience in system administration or network operations center roles.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing incident response and escalation workflows.
• Strong skills in communication, coordination, and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Preferably familiar with ITIL frameworks and network monitoring applications.
• Emphasis on candidate eligibility under Saudization policy.
