Key Responsibilities

Deliver professional nail treatments following the Salon's standard operating procedures.
Advise clients on suitable home-care products during each appointment.
Work towards achieving weekly and monthly revenue targets set by management.
Continuously grow and maintain a loyal clientele.
Support and assist team members as needed.
Represent and promote the brand at external events.
Care for tools and equipment diligently.
Monitor stock levels and aid in reordering products as necessary.
Comply with sterilization and sanitation guidelines prescribed by the Salon and local authorities.
Keep workstations tidy and handle all materials responsibly.
Participate actively in internal and external training on products and services.

Experience and Skills

Preferred prior beauty or nail certification.
Minimum one year experience in an internationally recognized salon.
Proficient in all nail treatments including manicure, pedicure, nail trimming, shaping, filing, cuticle care, and applying polish and gel.
Experience with nail extensions is a plus.
Fluent in English.
Availability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends.
