Overview
The Manicurist/Nail Artist embodies the brand's aesthetics, values, and mission while actively seeking the latest trends, products, and services to enhance the team’s offerings. Candidates should possess strong communication abilities and a genuine enthusiasm for fashion, music, art, and nail care.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional nail treatments following the Salon's standard operating procedures.
- Advise clients on suitable home-care products during each appointment.
- Work towards achieving weekly and monthly revenue targets set by management.
- Continuously grow and maintain a loyal clientele.
- Support and assist team members as needed.
- Represent and promote the brand at external events.
- Care for tools and equipment diligently.
- Monitor stock levels and aid in reordering products as necessary.
- Comply with sterilization and sanitation guidelines prescribed by the Salon and local authorities.
- Keep workstations tidy and handle all materials responsibly.
- Participate actively in internal and external training on products and services.
Candidate Requirements
- Maintain impeccable personal grooming standards consistently.
- Exhibit high energy, flexibility, friendliness, and approachability toward clients and colleagues.

Experience and Skills
- Preferred prior beauty or nail certification.
- Minimum one year experience in an internationally recognized salon.
- Proficient in all nail treatments including manicure, pedicure, nail trimming, shaping, filing, cuticle care, and applying polish and gel.
- Experience with nail extensions is a plus.
- Fluent in English.
- Availability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends.
