Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional nail treatments following the Salon's standard operating procedures.
• Advise clients on suitable home-care products during each appointment.
• Work towards achieving weekly and monthly revenue targets set by management.
• Continuously grow and maintain a loyal clientele.
• Support and assist team members as needed.
• Represent and promote the brand at external events.
• Care for tools and equipment diligently.
• Monitor stock levels and aid in reordering products as necessary.
• Comply with sterilization and sanitation guidelines prescribed by the Salon and local authorities.
• Keep workstations tidy and handle all materials responsibly.
• Participate actively in internal and external training on products and services.

Experience and Skills

• Preferred prior beauty or nail certification.
• Minimum one year experience in an internationally recognized salon.
• Proficient in all nail treatments including manicure, pedicure, nail trimming, shaping, filing, cuticle care, and applying polish and gel.
• Experience with nail extensions is a plus.
• Fluent in English.
• Availability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends.
